During every step of the process, our HR team employs anti-bias mechanisms to ensure that candidates’ resumes, cover letters, and interviews are examined objectively.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and strongly encourage women, people of colour, people with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and 2SLGBTQIA+ community members to apply.

New Majority

We review all submitted applications and bring in qualified candidates for a first round interview. Those who successfully complete round one are asked to complete a practical assignment or activity, where your time is compensated. We conclude with a final round of interviews and make offers swiftly.
